Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in Leadership: creating a culture of inclusion

Part of our Leadership Support programme, this 2.5 hour webinar recording on equity, diversity & inclusion in leadership gives managers, senior leaders and CEOs from voluntary community homelessness sector organisations an opportunity to look at :

• the importance of inclusion;
• why it matters;
• what an inclusive leader looks like;
• and how bias has an impact on professional decision-making.

There will also be a chance to look at patterns of disadvantage/systemic inequality and strategic interventions to address this.
