These guides will be useful for Homeless Service senior managers and CEOs, HR managers and EDI managers.
Why is it important?
These guides have been produced by Homeless Link's EDI Manager as part of our own journey to inclusivity. They are sent around to all staff to inform and educate them about the festivals that their colleagues might be marking. It builds greater understanding between people of different faiths and backgrounds. They will also be useful for talking to clients. Feel free to copy and paste from them for your own purposes but note that these guides are examples. For many festivals the actual dates change each year so they will need to be updated. Its always a good idea to check with people on your staff who are practising before circulating.
