A basic introduction to Trauma-informed Care

Trauma-informed Care is an emerging good practice in the homelessness sector. This webinar is designed for volunteers, many of whom have little experience of working with homeless people, dealing with challenging behaviour and understanding support needs.  Trauma-informed Care enables people to develop understanding and resilience, and to minimize the chance of retraumatisation.
